Minimum 2 Weeks Notice

Orders should be placed at least 2 weeks before your required delivery date. We need at least 4-6 weeks notice for wedding cake orders.

Pricing

Prices start at Ł200

Wedding cakes are priced individually depending of the type, no. of tiers and complexity of design, but typically will cost at least Ł300.

Delivery

We can deliver to the Bristol area which will cost between Ł10 - Ł25
Nationwide delivery is possible using a same day delivery service.

Setup

We can personally deliver and setup the cake if your are within a reasonable distance of Bristol. However this may incur additional charges.

Payment Conditions

A non refundable deposit of 50% is taken at the time of order. Balance of payment is due when cake is collected or delivered except in the case of wedding cakes where the outstanding balance has to be paid 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.

Cancellation

You are required to give one weeks notice if you want to cancel a cake. Depending on the circumstances and time and expense we have invested to that point any monies paid may not be refundable For any cancellations within 7 days of the delivery date you will have to pay the full amount for the cake whether or not you take delivery of it.

In exceptional circumstances (such as a family emergency) we reserve the right to cancel a cake at any time. No charges will be made, and all money paid will be refunded but no compensation will be payable should this occur.

Refunds

Cakes should be inspected on receipt to ensure that they were not damaged in transit. Please call us immediately if there is a problem.
